    To access your transcripts, log into the SOLAR System, select the Star System and select the Academic Office. Once there, click on the transcripts link.

Message from the President

Welcome to Baker College of Port Huron.

As president of the dynamic team of professionals that make up the Port Huron campus, I welcome you to our campus through this Web site and invite you to visit us in person.

Our campus is located on the east shore of Michigan, only a short distance from Lake Huron and the St. Clair River. Just across the water are our wonderful neighbors in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. Having Canada only a few minutes away across the Blue Water Bridge creates a unique living and learning experience for students who choose to attend the Port Huron campus.

We offer programs in Business, Office Administration, Computer Information Systems, and Health and Human Service. They specifically include Transportation, Computer Networking, Teacher Preparation, Dental Hygiene, and Veterinary Technician, to name a few. 

Enrollment at the Port Huron campus has consistently grown since we first opened in 1990 with just 207 students. We take great pride in providing a strong, academic foundation combined with the most up-to-date career training from professionals who work in their field of expertise. With this solid foundation, 97% of our available graduates are employed.

About Port Huron

The city of Port Huron, located in the beautiful Blue Water area on the shore of Lake Huron, stretches for 7 miles along the length of the St Clair River. This part of the eastern shoreline of Michigan offers a wonderful quality of life that includes all kinds of water activities, hunting, golf, and more. Our Campus

Located in the safe, small, friendly town of Port Huron, Baker College of Port Huron is situated on 12 acres that border the 40th Street Pond, providing our staff and students with a relaxing environment in which to work and study. Our campus is convenient to I-69 and I-94, and only five minutes from the Blue Water Bridge, which connects Port Huron with Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. 

Students from east Michigan and western Ontario choose the Port Huron campus for its convenience, safety, and quality. At Baker, they have the best of all worlds — small class sizes, professional instructors with years of experience in the subjects they teach, state-of-the-art facilities, and all the resources of the Baker College system, the largest independent college in Michigan.
