Construction Manager
Using the architectural plans for commercial and residential buildings, roads, bridges, or other projects, your job as Construction Manager is to oversee the planning, scheduling, and realization of those plans. You work with owners, engineers, architects, and others who are involved in the construction process and ensure that projects get done on time and within budget.
Baker prepares you for a Construction Management career with a broad base of knowledge, including building concepts, methods, and materials. You also receive hands-on training in architectural drafting, computer-aided drafting (CAD), and cost estimating. In addition, you study general business and learn related technical skills that can help you advance in your career.
