Kitchen and Bath Designer Explore your career.

Kitchen and Bath Designers combine creativity with their knowledge of building systems and codes, lighting, materials, and appliances to create functional, safe, and attractive spaces in homes, offices, and other buildings. You work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to create your design and ensure that it meets construction requirements.

At Baker, you learn how to apply your creative ideas and space planning principles to address and satisfy client needs. You study with industry professionals who teach you the technical aspects and mechanical requirements you need to know along with general business essentials, such as how to develop graphic presentations and contracts. Our program is accredited by the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), which not only makes you very marketable but also ready for an entry-level position.

We’re trying to show them the practical aspects. What they can expect when they’re out there on the job and that they have a familiarity with everything. That’s the goal here.
