With Orthotics and Prosthetics, you can combine technology, artistry, and crafting into a career dedicated to helping people in extraordinary ways. Baker College is proud to be one of the only accredited programs in the U.S. offering an Associate of Applied Science degree in this growing field.
With our intensive coursework and hands-on teaching methods, a degree in Orthotic/Prosthetic Technology from Baker College can prepare you to be a part of the ever-increasing demand for educated and experienced Technicians.
Our program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation Allied Health Education Program (CAAHEP) and the National Commission of Orthotics and Prosthetics Education (NCOPE).
Graduates are eligible to take the national registry examinations offered by the American Board for Certification to become a Registered Technician Orthotics (RTO), Registered Technician Prosthetics (RTP), or Registered Technician Prosthetics/Orthotics (RTPO).
