Working under the supervision of a veterinarian to provide care for animals is both challenging and rewarding. At Baker College, you participate in a program that combines studies of animal anatomy, life processes, with laboratory and clinical procedures and plenty of hands-on training to teach you how to handle many different kinds of animals, both small and large.
Once you have graduated from our program, which is accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association, Committee on Veterinary Technician Education and Activities (AVMA, CVTEA), you can sit for state and national board exams.
