Web Designer

Web Designer

As the Internet evolves, Web design offers challenges and opportunities for those who are good at communicating ideas visually, enjoy problem-solving, and have an eye for detail. At Baker, you study the process of Web Site Design, from initial concept through final Web pages. You not only learn the art of Web design, you learn how to research site audiences, evaluate user experience, and make use of testing strategies.

Baker’s class sizes are small, taught by experienced industry professionals. You learn the specialized skills you need to design sites that are intuitive, easy to use, visually appealing, and easy to access with almost any user device. Our business-oriented approach includes a variety of courses that increase your marketability and give you a competitive edge.

We are very big on hands-on. Not just theory. You’ll get the theory, but mostly you will take the theory, and then get on your own computer.
