Successful Project Leadership - 1 Day

Project managers and leaders face unique challenges in completing projects successfully. They must satisfy a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, while often relying on people and other resources that are not under their direct control. Project managers may be leading several projects, or performing additional non-project duties. But the project goals remain constant – on time, within budget, a quality product, and satisfied stakeholders.

This course examines the skills needed to lead projects from three perspectives; leading the project team, leading beyond the team, and leadership and the PM process tools.
