Graduation Requirements
To begin the graduation process, the following requirements need to be met:
- Successfully complete all of the courses required by the program of study.
- Complete a minimum of 48 quarter hours of credit, through actual class time with Baker College. Courses below the 100 level will not be used.
- Complete at least 12 quarter hours in the major at Baker College. For bachelor degree programs, the 12 quarter hours must be at the 300-400 course level.
- Achieve a cumulative grade point average of 2.00 or better.
Complete a Graduation Application and submit to Baker College Corporate Services by the appropriate deadline (see below). (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this form. To download a free copy of Acrobat Reader visit www.adobe.com.) Forms can be obtained from your Baker College Coordinator, or you may complete and submit the form linked above.
Quarter of graduation should be the quarter that you will complete your final class(es). You must apply for that quarter or a future quarter.
Graduation Application Deadlines
Fall quarter graduation (classes Sept. – Dec.) - October 10
Winter quarter graduation (classes Jan. – Mar.) - February

Spring quarter graduation (classes Mar. – June) - April 7**
Summer quarter graduation (classes June – Aug) - July 10
Commencement Ceremony is held every June.
**All students interested in participating in the commencement ceremony must submit their application by April 7th.
