Leadership Assessment

The Denison 360-degree - or multi-rater - survey uses online technology to solicit anonymous feedback from 10-15 selected "reviewers" (supervisors, peers, and subordinates). The results are tabulated and a confidential report is created that provides a composite review of an individual's performance in twelve critical leadership competency areas. The survey, summary, and action-planning guide are written in easily understandable business terms. Affordably priced, the 360-degree leadership survey is a powerful tool for creating individualized development plans and identifying high potential people for leadership succession planning. Both a supervisory and a non-supervisory survey are available.
