Leadership Classes

Developing leaders is the most important investment any organization can make. Baker College offers 20 leadership classes that develop competencies linked to improved organizational performance. All of the classes are designed to develop new knowledge and clearly defined skills through a highly interactive and application-focused learning process.

The leadership classes are taught by senior level leadership consultants and many include self-assessment tools to help participants create individualized development plans. The classes develop leadership competencies in four major trait areas linked to organizational and leadership excellence: mission-focused, consistent, involving, and adapting.
