Welcome to Baker College, childcare with a focus on education. Our Center’s unique age appropriate learning environment will change your child’s senses, as well as stimulate their curiosity. We group our children by age, offering an Infant Room, Toddler Room, Junior Pre-School (2’s), Pre-School (3’s), and Pre-School (4’s). We also have a Kindergarten Readiness Program. Our Kindergarten Readiness Program is taught by a teacher with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. In addition, the Center has Summer Camp and Latch Key Programs. Our Summer Camp includes tutoring geared for individual needs and Latch Key offers care before and after school.
keeps its parents informed of their many activities through a monthly newsletter, with age appropriate weekly themes. Family oriented events are important to us, such as: an annual Trike-a-Thon, after-hours Halloween Party, community partnership with Burton Senior Center and parent meetings, which all reinforce our commitment to fill the first years of your child’s life with positive experiences.
The Center is State Licensed for children two weeks through twelve years of age. Our hours are Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 10:00 pm and Friday, 6:00 am – 6:00 pm. Seeing is believing.
