Residence Halls of Flint
The quarterly fee for the Baker College of Flint Living Center is $750.00 (excluding 50.00 pre-paid deposit).
Baker Hall East provides students with apartment-style living. Each apartment has one bedroom with four person occupancy. The quarterly fee is $825.00 (excluding 50.00 pre-paid deposit).
Opened in Fall 2003, Baker Hall West provides students with suite style living. Each suite has four bedrooms and can accommodate 6-8 people. The maximum capacity for this building is 180 students. The quarterly fee is $875.00 (excluding 50.00 pre-paid deposit).
Each apartment/suite in either hall includes:
- Refrigerator
- Oven/Range
- Private Bath
- Full Kitchen
- Living Room
- Private Phone Line. Local calls included in hall fee. Long distance calls must be made with a calling card, collect, or through another pre-paid system.(Residents must provide their own telephone.)
- BakerNET (Includes Email, Internet, and network access)
- Bunk Beds (Residents must provide their own bedding.)
- Closets
- Dressers
- 24 hour coin-operated laundry facilities (Residents must provide their own laundry detergent.)
Baker Hall West also provides a study lounge, computer lab, and TV lounge.
Security for both halls is closely monitored by the Front Desk Staff and Campus Safety. Non-Residents must sign in and out at the desk during regular building hours. Residents must escort non-residents at all times. Specific visitation hours are posted.
