Connie Harrison, PhD

As President of the dynamic team of professionals that make up the Port Huron campus, I welcome you to our campus through this Web site and would like to invite you to visit us in person.

The Port Huron campus is located on the east shore of the State of Michigan, only a short distance from Lake Huron and the St. Clair River. Unique to our campus is the wonderful neighbors we have across the border in Sarnia,Ontario,Canada. With our Canadian neighbors being only a few minutes away from us across the Blue Water Bridge, a unique living and learning experience is available to those students who choose to attend the Port Huron campus.

Programs we offer include those in the areas of Business, Office Administration, Computer Information Systems, and Health and Human Service. They specifically include Transportation, Computer Networking, Teacher Preparation, Dental Hygiene, and Veterinary Technician, to name a few.

Enrollment at the Port Huron campus has consistently grown since it first opened in 1990. Starting with only 207 students then, we currently boast an enrollment of approximately 1575 students. We take great pride in providing a strong, academic foundation as well as the most up-to-date career training from professionals who work in their field of expertise. Because of this solid foundation of academics coupled with outstanding career training, we have achieved an average employment rate of over 98.6% for all available graduates between 1990 and 2005.

After you browse the Port Huron campus' section of the Baker College Web site, I hope we have the opportunity to meet with you and personally answer any questions you might have.

Please feel free to contact me directly at connie.harrison@baker.edu if I can answer any questions or provide you with any additional information.

Sincerely,

Connie Harrison, PhD, CMA
