On behalf of the staff and students at Baker College of Port Huron I want to thank you for taking the time to inquire about our campus by contacting this Web site.
The Port Huron campus is located on the east shore of the State of Michigan, only a short distance from Lake Huron and the St. Clair River. Unique to our campus is the wonderful neighbors we have across the border in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. With our Canadian neighbors being only a few minutes away from us across the Blue Water Bridge a unique living and learning experience is available to those students who choose to attend the Port Huron campus.
Programs we offer include those in the Business, Office Administration/Computer Information Systems, and Health and Human Service areas. The Port Huron campus is the home of Baker College’s Dental Hygiene program, with students coming from throughout Michigan and the Province of Ontario, Canada.
The Port Huron campus has continued to grow since it first opened in 1990 with only 207 students, to a point that we are anticipating over 1,550 students in the Fall of 2005. As a Career College our major focus is helping each and every student to accomplish the career goals they have, we have averaged over 98.6% of all our available graduates being employed between the years 1990 and 2005. This is a record that we are very proud of, and one that we work very hard at continuing (and exceeding).
