Exciting Changes for Baker College Career Services!
Baker College Career Services is in the midst of some major changes! Below, you will learn about some of these major changes and an exciting new addition to the Baker College family - one that we think will be extremely useful to your business.
This fall, Baker College's Career Services department will be embarking on a new chapter. To our students we will still be known as Career Services, but our services to employers will now be called HireQualified.™ We will be offering our free recruiting services to our employer partners throughout Michigan and beyond. What's more, we have created a new website called HireQualified.com to conveniently meet your recruiting needs, whether you are looking to fill a full-time, part-time, or intern position. In the coming months, you will begin to see advertising, mailers, and newsletters from Baker College's HireQualified.
Whether through this new and exciting website, or by navigating through the Baker College website, you will notice changes to our job posting process. Once you register as an employer partner, you can post your available positions with Baker College. Full-time, part-time and internship positions can all be posted to this site. One exciting change is all postings will be listed throughout the entire Baker College System, not by campus. In addition, beginning in November 2009, you will also have access to view student and graduate resumes directly from the web and download them at your convenience. Please be assured that the Baker College Hire Qualified team will be there to offer assistance and all of the employer services you need to find the best person for your opening.
Our goal is to continually enhance the level of service you have come to expect from Baker College. We appreciate each of our Employer Partners and are looking forward to showing you how these changes will help you with all of your hiring needs!
