How can we help?
The Baker College ITSC is here to help you make successful connections to our technical resources. We are here to help by phone, email, or through our self service portal, found at help.baker.edu. This service will allow students, faculty, and staff to search through self help articles, submit service requests (help/support tickets), view previously submitted help requests, as well as keep you informed of any outages or issues that may affect your access to the Baker College resources you need most.
