Professional Development Campus Representatives

Professional Development representatives on various Baker College campuses determine training needs and schedule training for a variety of topics. Many of these topics are in technical areas, such as how to use desktop software including, Windows, MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Publisher, using the administrative AS/400, or telephone and voice mail usage. If you have a group of people that you think need training in a technical area, your campus PD contact will attempt to organize a training activity to meet that need. These events are open to both full-time and part-time faculty and staff and are often delivered by system computer training professional staff.
