Personal computer, voicemail, or scanner training is available through the Computer Training contacts. This is the best way to approach technical problems that pertain mainly to your own position and duties.

Sometimes people are surprised, though, to find out how many other Baker employees system-wide have had the same kinds of challenges. Ask your supervisor or co-workers, or consider bringing up the issue in a system-wide user's group meeting.
