Requirements

What you need to schedule group training

To warrant scheduling training in a particular computer software or hardware, the following requirements must be met:

  1. If it is PC software, it must be licensed and currently installed for use by Baker College's administrative staff, faculty or PC classroom.
  2. There must be a minimum of 5 employees that are interested in attending a weekday training session.
  3. When a computer training session is needed that will be facilitated by someone other than a member of the CIS Training staff you should still contact the CIS Training staff; as they:
    • May have materials to assist you in developing the training.
    • Can assist you in making sure the facilities are set up properly (i.e., correct software is loaded and working properly, correct hardware is being used, any "special" accounts are in place, etc.
