Baker College of Flint Hosts Annual Car and Motorcycle Show at CTT Facility

Baker College of Flint will host the third annual Car and Motorcycle Show on Sunday, May 20, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Car and motorcycle enthusiasts, as well as the general public, are invited to attend the free event, which will be held at The Center for Transportation Technology (CTT), 1717 S. Dort Highway, Flint. Free parking and shuttle service will be available at the Perani Arena & Event Center, 3501 Lapeer Rd., with handicapped parking permitted at the CTT. More»
Baker College of Flint Wins Recycling Challenge Competition

10,220 Pounds Recycled
Baker College of Flint took first place in the Third Annual Recycling Challenge, surpassing all other competitors by collecting 10,220 pounds of recyclable material during a one-month period. In addition to Baker College of Flint, Kettering University, Mott Community College and the University of Michigan-Flint accepted the recycling challenge this year.

Baker College of Jackson will host the 11th annual Spring Tea fundraiser on Saturday, April 28, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the student center, 2800 Springport Road. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Jackson Symphony Orchestra Community Music School (JSOCMS).

Baker College of Clinton Township Appoints C. Gary-Ndoye as Hemodialysis Program Director

Baker College of Clinton Township officials have named Carolyn Gary-Ndoye as Director of its new Hemodialysis Program. She will advise students about enrollment procedures into the Hemodialysis Patient Care Technician Certificate Program offered at Baker's Clinton Township campus. Baker College Online Posts 1.9 Percent Winter Enrollment Increase

New student enrollment up 14.3 percent
Baker College Online officials today announced a 1.9 percent increase in winter 2012 enrollment compared to the same period in 2011. With new student enrollment up 14.3 percent, a total of 5,314 undergraduate students attended online classes exclusively during winter quarter 2012.
