Baker College of Cass City to Hold Senior Open House/Financial Aid Workshop

Baker College of Cass City, a satellite campus of Baker College of Flint, will hold its 2010 Senior Open House/Financial Aid Workshop on Saturday, February 6. Baker’s Senior Open House/Financial Aid Workshop is designed to help area college-bound high school seniors and their parents understand and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the 2010-2011 academic year. The event is free of charge and open to all high school seniors, regardless of whether or not they have identified their college of choice. More»

Baker College of Clinton Township will hold its 2010 Financial Aid Workshop on Saturday, February 6. Baker’s Financial Aid Workshop is designed to help area college-bound high school seniors and their parents understand and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the 2010-2011 academic year. The event is free of charge and open to all high school seniors, regardless of whether or not they have identified their college of choice. Prizes to be raffled off at the Financial Aid Workshop include five scholarships – valued at $500 each – to Baker College of Clinton Township. More»

Baker College of Muskegon Nursing Program Graduates Achieve 100 Percent Pass Rate on National Exam

Baker College of Flint Receives $113K Grant from Prima Civitas Foundation

The Prima Civitas Foundation (PCF) has selected Baker College of Flint as the recipient of a $113,333 grant. Under the terms of Baker's Mid-Michigan Partnership for Training in Healthcare (M-Path) proposal, the Flint campus will serve as the lead management organization for the training of dislocated workers in seven Michigan counties for jobs in the health care industry. Baker College of Flint will provide the oversight, management, guidance, and implementation of health care training for individuals in Bay, Huron, Lapeer, Midland, Saginaw, Sanilac and Tuscola counties. The Flint campus will also offer job development services to assist participants in meeting the labor market demands in the health care industry. More»

Baker College of Owosso will host the Business Professionals of America (BPA) Regional Leadership Conference (RLC) on its campus on Friday, January 8, 2010. Approximately 430 area high school BPA student members will participate in the event, competing for regional awards in 54 categories under four primary classifications, including financial services, administrative support, information technology, and management, marketing and human resources.
