Baker College of Allen Park will hold its 2010 Financial Aid Workshop on Saturday, February 6. Baker’s Financial Aid Workshop is designed to help area college-bound high school seniors and their parents understand and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the 2010-2011 academic year. The event is free of charge and open to all high school seniors, regardless of whether or not they have identified their college of choice.

The schedule for the Financial Aid Workshop at Baker College of Allen Park is:

• 9 a.m. until 10 a.m.: Check-in and complimentary breakfast
• 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.: Financial Aid Workshop
• 11 a.m. until noon: Individual financial aid assistance and campus tours

Financial aid officers will conduct the workshop, providing a profile and explanation of the various types of financial aid available to students. Detailed instructions for completing the online financial aid form will be part of the workshop. Admissions advisors will also be on hand to answer questions and offer information about Baker College of Allen Park.
