What is HQ Connect?
Through the HQ Connect system, graduates and alumni can provide a current resume, search a database of employers, and apply for available job openings. In addition, approved employers also have the ability to search through our database of resumes to find a good match for any positions they may have available. Remember, Baker College offers lifetime employment assistance for our graduates!
What does HQ stand for?
HQ stands for "Hire Qualified". HireQualified.com is a service that the Career Services department at Baker College provides to our employers in an effort to help connect our students, graduates, and alumni with employment opportunities.
How do I access HQ Connect?
Baker College potential and recent graduates will receive an email with the login instructions. If you did not receive an email with the login instructions, and are a graduate of Baker College, you can contact your Career Services Office for assistance.
