General Requirements

A general education core is required for all Associate and Bachelor degrees. All graduates must meet the general education requirements established by each academic program.

College Success Strategies (COL111A) or College Success Online (COL112) is required for all first-time freshmen and all online students enrolled in a certificate or degree program. This course will inform students of campus services, policies and procedures, and address learning styles and study strategies.

Baker’s Human Resource Management program is designed to give you a solid grounding in human resources and business fundamentals, along with the leadership and communication skills you need to be successful.

Our curriculum is taught by human resource professionals, who bring their experience into the classroom. Through their expertise—combined with the actual experience you gain through your internship—you learn best practices in recruiting and retaining good employees along with techniques that can help improve productivity and business results.
