Programs

The Computer Service Technician program prepares you for an entry-level position as a computer service/repair technician. If you are already working in the field, you can refresh and update your computer system knowledge.

In this program, you will:

• Study computer equipment, systems, and networking.
• Prepare to work in repair facilities, in manufacturing facilities, and maintain equipment in the field.

This program will prepare you to sit for qualifying examinations, which may lead to certification as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
