With training in the supervision and management of Food and Beverage operations, you have a broad range of opportunities.

In this program, you will:

  • Receive training in the supervision and management of food and beverage operations focusing on food preparation, dining room services, and beverage operations.
  • Combine extensive laboratory hands-on training, cooperative work experience, and classroom training.
  • Be prepared for careers as supervisors in food and beverage operations, in restaurants, hotels, hospitals, delis and catering operations, and in corporate food settings.
  • Learn the skills that are essential to work in positions such as assistant chef, assistant dining room and/or catering manager, catering and event sales people, assistant manager, assistant food and beverage director, or food and beverage owners/operators.
