For many undergraduates, an associate degree is the end of their academic journey—often, not by choice. In fact, only 15 percent of community college students earn a bachelor’s degree within six years1. Why? Some of the most common reasons students cite for not continuing their education include complicated transfer admission policies, being required to complete redundant coursework and a lack of available financial aid opportunities.

At Baker College, we understand these challenges and are committed to providing students with convenient options that will allow them to keep their education, and their career, moving forward. Our Bridge to Bachelor’s program opens the door for students with an associate degree (or an equivalent 60 credits) to earn a bachelor's degree with the completion of just 60 additional credit hours.

Program Benefits

Transfer-friendly admissions

Our knowledgeable enrollment team is committed to providing students with a transfer process that’s simple, seamless and completely worry-free. Even better, Baker College’s Transfer Promise ensures that students get full credit for the undergraduate coursework they’ve already completed—up to 90 credits toward a bachelor’s degree in a similar area of study.

Exceptional affordability

Baker College is proud to offer one of the lowest tuition rates in Michigan. We also offer generous transfer scholarships of up to $9,000 per year.

Experienced instructors

Our faculty is made up of qualified professionals who have extensive backgrounds working in the disciplines they teach. Outside the classroom, Baker College professors remain active in their respective fields, ensuring that every course we offer is informed by the latest industry standards.

Want to save time and money while working toward your four-year degree? Take the next step toward getting started with the Bridge to Bachelor’s program at Baker College.
