Baker College Professional Services, Inc. seeks to hire an individual to the position of ADJUNCT FACULTY (PART-TIME) for the benefit of and to be located at Baker College of Jackson.
Program Disciplines Needed:
Health Science - Anatomy, Physiology, Pathophysiology
General Statement of Duties:
The primary purpose of the Adjunct Faculty person is to teach courses in areas of their expertise.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Baker College will evaluate the minimum education and experience based on the Academic Faculty Credential Policy.
Degree from accredited college or university in required field
Licenses in specific field if required
Must have willingness to travel to clinical sites and off site system meetings
Online education platform familiarity preferred
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and Canvas
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
The ability to lift and maneuver independently up to 25 lbs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Teach up to a maximum 9 credit hours per semester
Revise, review, and/or develop curriculum, as needed
Complete all required professional development/training
Collect and submit required assessment of student learning data
Participate in appropriate campus and system committees, meetings, projects, and activities
Other duties as assigned
