Baker College Professional Services, Inc. seeks to hire an individual to be assigned to the position of ADJUNCT FACULTY – NURSING (PART-TIME) for the benefit of and to be located at Baker College of Clinton Township.

General Statement of Duties:

To teach course(s) in area of expertise.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Master of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university or evidence of a plan to obtain Master of Science degree in Nursing required; Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university preferred
  • RN license and related work experience required
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certificate (BLS) required
  • Previous college teaching experience preferred
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to lift and maneuver independently up to 25 lbs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Teach a specified number of classes
  • Revise, review and/or develop curriculum, as assigned
  • Attend Professional Development training as required
  • Collect and submit required assessment of student learning data
  • Participate in appropriate system committees, subcommittees, projects, and activities
  • Other duties as assigned
