Baker College Professional Services, Inc. seeks to hire an individual to be assigned to the position of PROGRAM DIRECTOR – BUSINESS (FULL-TIME) for the benefit of and to be located at Baker College Online.

General Statement of Duties:

The Program Director will be responsible for administration of all aspects of the BBA Program In Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Logistics, Management, and Marketing
providing discipline-specific expertise, staffing, and maintaining an appropriate teaching load.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in business or a related field with a business major, minor, or concentration preferred
• Master’s degree in business or related field, required
• Experience in leadership position within higher education, preferred
• Demonstrated competency in discipline-specific knowledge and performance skills required
• Teaching experience in business fields at the college level and 3 to 5 years of work experience in the related field is preferred
• Academic Program assessment experience, preferred
• Accreditation experience, preferred
• Knowledgeable in Learning Management System (Canvas)
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps
• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain an annual teaching load according to Baker College’s Teaching and Workload Policy
• Schedule and staff program courses
• Develop and revise curriculum as needed
• Attend campus and system program meetings
• Advise students and participate in new student orientations
• Serve as the contact for the program; organize and lead program advisory board
• Conduct program assessment & make continuous improvement
• Supervise instructors
• Other duties as assigned
