The Culinary Institute of Michigan is holding its 2019 CIM Summer Camps series at the Muskegon and Port Huron campuses.
Students in grades 7-11 are invited to learn the importance of sound cooking techniques and how cooking correctly translates to the plate when presentation time comes. Students taking this class will cook pan-ready items in à la minute style and plate their food using modern contemporary plating ideas and concepts.
