The Culinary Institute of Michigan is holding its 2019 CIM Summer Camps series at the Muskegon and Port Huron campuses.
Students in grades 7-11 are invited to learn creative pasta and sauce making techniques with our award winning professional chef instructors. Students taking this course will develop an understanding of pasta and accompaniments through hands on production and tasting of their finished work.
