Baker College’s Jackson campus has appointed Lezlie Bowles to the position of Diversity Liaison. She is responsible for coordinating the development, implementation and administration of goals and programs to increase diversity and foster inclusion at Baker College’s Jackson campus. Bowles has served as academic advisor for the Jackson campus since 2014. In the new position she will lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an atmosphere of open dialogue between students, faculty and staff; implement the campus’ diversity inclusion mission statement that welcomes change and respect; and engage the campus to participate in a climate of ownership and change.
