The beginning of a high-powered career.

Diesel Service Technicians inspect, maintain, repair, and overhaul buses, trucks, and other vehicles with a diesel engine. Their work is varied; they may work on a vehicle’s electrical system, make major engine repairs, or do routine maintenance. Continuing advances in diesel technologies to improve performance have made it essential to have up-to-date training and skills.

The Auto/Diesel Institute of Michigan at Baker College of Owosso is the only college in Michigan with Master Accreditation from the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) for Diesel Service Technology.

Baker College of Owosso is a Michigan CAT preferred college.
