This program addresses the study of behavior and performance in the workplace and other organizational settings, through the application of the theories, methods, and principles of psychology to individuals, teams, and organizations. This specialization is not intended to prepare you for licensure as a professional psychologist, but rather to apply psychological principles for organizational success.
