Find success in the success of your students.

Even if you’re not directly conducting lessons in a classroom, there are many ways you can impact the quality of education students receive.

This Master of Science in Educational Effectiveness program is designed to help you grow as a leader in improving student learning and education in higher education environments. You’ll learn how to research student success, apply different technologies and methodologies to develop a curriculum that serves their needs, and apply continuous improvement processes to both the classroom and all aspects of school administration.

We offer a multidisciplinary approach to give you a broad, in-depth understanding of all aspects of higher education management, ranging from organizational development to staff evaluations and more, to make sure your students get the education they need to succeed, and to make sure your school remains successful and engaged. As a graduate of this program, you’ll be prepared to start a career working in mid-to-high level management positions within higher education organizations.

I chose Baker for the curriculum. They look at what you’re going to need and a lot of MBAs are general. The curriculum at Baker I felt that a lot of the things that I was doing in school I could directly translate into what I was doing in the hospital.
