Residence Halls

If you’re thinking of attending Baker College, you have the option of living in a residence hall. Residence halls are available at Baker College of Cadillac, Flint, Muskegon, or Owosso well as The Auto/Diesel Institute of Michigan and The Culinary Institute of Michigan.

Our modern, apartment-style student housing provides you with all the comforts of home—and then some. Each unit is fully furnished with beds, mattresses, tables, and chairs. All utilities are provided, including cable TV and high-speed Internet—even a kitchen with full-sized appliances is provided. Laundry facilities are located inside every hall, along with recreation equipment, 24-hour security, and other services. Residents even receive convenient, free parking. There are no curfews or mandatory meal times, and it’s a great opportunity to learn how to live an independent, successful life away from home.

If you’re a full-time Baker College student and meet basic housing criteria, you can apply to any residence hall on your campus. However, housing assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis, so the sooner you make a commitment the more likely you’ll get your first choice.
