Baker’s Information Technology program with the Computer Networking Technology (Cisco) major is designed and taught by industry professionals to prepare you for a career in designing, building, and maintaining computer networks.
Through a combination of classroom work, hands-on training and an externship, you learn all the essentials—network hardware and software, Cisco networking products, LAN, WAN, wireless systems and networking security. And because our class sizes are small, you have lots of opportunities for one-on-one interaction and in-depth learning.
When you graduate, you will be fully prepared to sit for multiple certification exams—Cisco CCNA (Certified Network Associates), wireless and VoIP certifications, CompTIA A+, and CompTIA Network+ certifications—and ready to begin a successful career.
This program is part of the Baker College Smart Degree Option.
