MBA Leadership Curriculum
The Baker College leadership degree is a 1- or 2-year, IACBE-accredited program consisting of 30 credit hours (15 hours of required courses and 15 hours of elective courses). Our leadership curriculum includes Human Behavior Management of Organizations, team leadership and group dynamics, strategy in a global environment, and more.
