Cadillac, MI — Baker College’s Cadillac campus will host a Community Health Fair, April 18, 2026, at 9600 E. 13th Street, bringing together local organizations, healthcare providers, and community members for a day focused on wellness, access, and support. The event is presented in partnership with Priority Health and as part of the BEE initiative: Building a Healthy Community.
This free, public event is designed to connect under-insured and uninsured adults with essential health resources and services. Attendees will have access to basic health screenings, including blood pressure, vision, height, and weight checks, as well as a resource expo where they can engage directly with local organizations and service providers.
Participants will also receive referral packets and resource materials to help them take next steps based on their screening results, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
“This event reflects our commitment to serving the broader community and helping remove barriers to care,” said Randy Hill, EdD, Cadillac Campus Director. “By bringing together healthcare partners and local organizations, we’re creating a space where individuals can access important screenings, learn about available resources, and take meaningful steps toward improving their health. It’s also an opportunity for our community to come together and support one another in building a healthier future.”
Community organizations are encouraged to get involved by hosting a table, providing on-site services, volunteering, or contributing informational materials for distribution. Donations of items or services for prize giveaways are also welcomed to help create an engaging and supportive environment for attendees.
“Our participation in the Baker College Health Fair reflects Priority Health’s commitment to meeting people where they are and strengthening connections within the communities we serve,” said Reginald Day, Manager, Community Programs, Priority Health. “Events like this allow us to engage directly with community members, share trusted health resources, and reinforce the importance of local partnerships in supporting better health outcomes.”
The Health Fair will serve as a central hub for education, connection, and outreach, reinforcing Baker College’s mission to positively impact the communities it serves.
