Description
The Culinary Institute of Michigan American Culinary Federation Student Chapter is affiliated with local American Culinary Federation chapters. Students in the Baking and Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, and Food and Beverage Management programs meet and develop knowledge and skill competencies by participating in activities such as ACF sanctioned competitions, cooking demonstrations and workshops to name a few. Students also hone their skills through a myriad of community outreach endeavors where they apply their skills and what they are learning in the classroom while helping charitable organizations in the Muskegon and Port Huron communities.
