Highpoint Virtual Academy of Michigan (HVAM) has been chosen as the first-ever virtual public school in Michigan to offer an Early Middle College (EMC) program.
Early/Middle College is a three-year high school program that is founded on a formalized agreement between the participating high school and partnering college. The program is offered through the secondary school system and provides the opportunity for students to earn their high school diploma plus either an associate degree or substantial college credit at no cost to the student or parent.
As part of this EMC program, HVAM will partner with Baker College to offer students an associate degree in business administration and may apply to additional programs as well.
