Psychology Program Highlights

This accelerated bachelors to masters program allows students to complete dual degrees in 5 years (a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology). Skill development will include an emphasis on the study of behavior and performance in the workplace and other organizational settings, with a focus on the individual, teams, and the organization as a whole.

• Students in this dual degree program study the foundational theories and practices within the field of psychology, with a specific focus on the theories and practices within industrial organizational psychology.
• Students will complete both the undergraduate degree in psychology and graduate degree in psychology over the course of 5 years. Within that time, students will have an opportunity to complete an internship where they will engage in the appropriate application of I/O psychology knowledge, values, and skills.
