ACF American Culinary Federation Education Federation

The Muskegon and Port Huron Baking and Pastry program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC). Graduates are eligible to become Certified Pastry Culinarians upon graduation.

The Muskegon and Port Huron Culinary Arts program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC). Graduates are eligible to become Certified Culinarians upon graduation.

Recognition of Quality Culinary Education World Association

CIM is one of two Institutions Statewide and one of only six in the U.S. to earn the “Recognition of Quality Culinary Education” designation from the Prestigious Global Food Authority World Association of Chefs’ Societies.

The Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration (BHCA) Program at Baker College is an Associate Undergraduate member of the Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA).  AUPHA sets standards for admission to the Association recognizing academic units in the US offering  a degree at the bachelor’s level in healthcare management in a regionally accredited institution.
