Academic Program Improvement and Outcomes
Baker College is committed to continuously improving its programs and courses, and has processes in place to monitor student learning and evaluate program excellence. Every degree program submits an annual assessment report that includes data on enrollment, retention, and graduation, as well as student performance. Student performance measures include student knowledge and skills at the completion of each program based on the program’s expected outcomes. Assessment report data is discussed at program and advisory board meetings and is used to make program improvements.
