Baker College is a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense (CAE–CD) as designated by the National Security Agency (NSA). The CAE-CD validated program of study is our B.S. in Information Technology and Cybersecurity. 

Baker College’s Cybersecurity Center provides students and faculty with a collection of helpful cybersecurity resources, program guidance, and various collaboration and outreach opportunities. The goal of this program is to reduce vulnerability in our national information infrastructure by promoting higher education and research in Cyber Defense (CD) while producing professionals with expertise in CD disciplines.

This program develops technology professionals who can understand and defend against cybersecurity threats while protecting valuable information and running secure networks in today’s global business environment.

This is an external scholarship opportunity offered by Baker College but fulfilled through the Department of Defense (DoD). This means that eligible students can take advantage of this scholarship via applicable, eligible academic programs offered at Baker College.
