Baker College’s Culinary Institute of Michigan (CIM) once again demonstrated that its students and faculty members are top competitors at a recent ACF Sanctioned Competition at Dorsey College in Roseville on March 19, 2022. Every CIM competitor earned a medal totaling seven gold, eight silver and six bronze.

At ACF sanctioned competitions, chefs compete for their own individual honors with judging based upon a set standard. These competitions play a vital role in culinary arts as they continually raise the standards of culinary excellence.
The Culinary Institute of Michigan- Port Huron will be hosting the Annual Roland E. Schaeffer Culinary Classic Competition on April 22-23, 2022 where CIM dean, Thomas Recinella, CEC, AAC, will be serving as show chair and Frank C.
