Tomeika Williams, Baker College Assistant Professor of Accounting, has been appointed to the editorial board for the International Journal of Accounting, Finance and Risk Management.
As an editorial board member, Dr. Williams will be responsible for reviewing manuscripts and giving suggestions without bias, promoting the publication at academic platforms such as international conferences and seminars and stimulating scholars to publish qualitative original research manuscripts in the journal.
“Dr. Williams is a very talented and hard-working faculty member. Since joining Baker College in August 2017, she has published one academic paper and made two presentations at academic conferences,” said Dr. Na Li, Baker College Dean of MBA and MSIS Programs. “The International Journal of Accounting, Finance and Risk Management is a prestigious journal sharing a broad range of perspectives by publishing high quality research papers that speak to the expertise in accounting and finance related topics. We’re very proud of Dr. Williams and her accomplishment.”
