Baker College Alum and President of Smart Construction Shawn Green has been named a 2019 Michigan Chronicle 40 Under 40 Honoree. The Michigan Chronicle 40 Under 40 Awards, in its 4th year, recognizes local African-American professionals who inspire others through their vision, leadership, exceptional achievements, and participation in community service.
As President of Smart Construction, Shawn Green partners with the Detroit Land Bank, Home Depot and investors throughout the city, renovating Detroit properties.
Shawn holds his Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University, and his Master of Business Administration from Baker College.
