Port Huron CIM faculty and students with their awards at the 2025 ACF Sanctioned Competition.
The Culinary Institute of Michigan (CIM), a Division of Baker College, Port Huron Campus, participated a two-day culinary competition, held at Dorsey College in Roseville. 20 Culinary Institute of Michigan students, and two faculty members earned 21 awards, including 3 Gold, 15 Silver, and 3 Bronze medals, as well as one Diploma for honorable mention.
Beyond the awards, the event highlighted teamwork, professionalism, and the national reputation CIM has for excellence in culinary arts. Participants and judges commended CIM for its hospitality and seamless execution, reflecting the dedication of its faculty, staff, and solidifying its place as a leader in culinary competitions nationwide.
